The \u201cNavratri Campaign\u201d is an exclusive festive initiative by FatakPay, aimed at celebrating Navratri and Dussehra with our users. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Campaign Duration<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- To qualify: \n
\n- The user\u2019s loan must be successfully disbursed by FatakPay during the campaign period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Disbursals must comply with all FatakPay\u2019s internal credit policies, KYC<\/a><\/mark> requirements, and regulatory guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Corporate or business entity accounts are not eligible; the campaign is only valid for individual users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3. Campaign Benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- A total of 2,000 eligible users will be selected at random to receive cashback worth up to \u20b9100.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Cashback will be credited directly to the user\u2019s FatakPay account, within 30 business days from the campaign end date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If a user\u2019s loan is later cancelled, reversed, or deemed invalid as per FatakPay\u2019s policies, the benefit will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\n- Users disbursed under this campaign will automatically become eligible for the ongoing \u201cKadam Badhaye Ja<\/a><\/mark>\u201d Campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

\n- Users must make a minimum investment of \u20b95,000 in digital gold through FatakPay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

5. General Terms & Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
