Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document, along with FatakPay\u2019s standard platform policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Campaign_Duration\"><\/span><strong>1. Campaign Duration<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Christmas Campaign will be live from <strong>25th December 2025 to 31st December 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only <strong>eligible spend transactions<\/strong> that are successfully completed during this period will be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transactions attempted outside the campaign window will not qualify for the campaign benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Eligibility_Criteria\"><\/span><strong>2. Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This campaign is open exclusively to <strong>existing registered FatakPay users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify for the campaign:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user must have a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fatakpay.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FatakPay<\/a> loan successfully disbursed<\/strong> during the campaign period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spend transactions must be completed using the active FatakPay loan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All user activity must comply with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FatakPay\u2019s internal lending and transaction policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KYC and verification requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The following users are <strong>not eligible<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corporate, merchant, or business entity accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees of FatakPay and its partner entities (as per internal policy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Campaign_Benefits\"><\/span><strong>3. Campaign Benefits<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>first 2,000 eligible users<\/strong> who complete a qualifying spend transaction during the campaign period will receive <strong>\u20b9100 cashback<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cashback will be credited <strong>directly to the user\u2019s FatakPay account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cashback crediting will be completed within <strong>30 business days<\/strong> from the campaign end date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each user can receive the cashback <strong>only once<\/strong> during the campaign period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If any qualifying transaction is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reversed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or deemed invalid as per FatakPay\u2019s policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026the cashback benefit will be <strong>forfeited or reversed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Cashback_Conditions\"><\/span><strong>4. Cashback Conditions<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cashback is applicable <strong>only on eligible spend transactions<\/strong> made through FatakPay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cashback benefits:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cannot be transferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be encashed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be combined with any other FatakPay promotional offer unless explicitly stated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_General_Terms_and_Conditions\"><\/span><strong>5.
