By using or redeeming FatakCoins, the user agrees to be bound by these T&amp;C, the FatakPay General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed in the FatakPay app from time to time. General Terms &amp; Conditions and Support Links<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Issuance_Usage_Expiry\"><\/span><strong>1. <strong>Issuance, Usage &amp; Expiry<\/strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FatakCoins<\/strong> are reward points issued by FatakPay under <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fatakpay.com\/blog\/refer-and-earn\/referral-program-terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">referral programs<\/a><\/strong>, campaigns, and promotional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key terms of FatakCoins:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coin-to-INR value ratio: <strong>10 FatakCoins = \u20b91*<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FatakCoins can be redeemed only for eligible products or transactions where coin usage is enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redemption may be subject to per-transaction limits, product-wise caps, or usage restrictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FatakCoins are <strong>non-transferable<\/strong>, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FatakCoins may be issued for a user\u2019s own qualifying actions or, under the referral program, for qualifying actions performed by a referee. Rewards shall be applicable only to the specific qualifying action for the primary product. Ancillary or embedded products bundled within a transaction shall not be eligible for additional FatakCoins.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Expiry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unclaimed FatakCoins may expire after <strong>6 months<\/strong>, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All FatakCoins expire <strong>12 months<\/strong> from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional Notes<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expired coins cannot be reinstated.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FatakPay reserves the right to modify coin value, redemption options, expiry periods, and usage rules at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*<\/strong>The coin to INR ratio is subject to change as per the discretion of FatakPay and may\/may not be explicitly communicated at the time of change\/campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Reversals_Adjustments_Liability\"><\/span><strong>2. Reversals, Adjustments &amp; Liability<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FatakPay may reverse or adjust referral rewards or FatakCoins if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The underlying qualifying transaction is reversed or cancelled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud or misuse is detected after reward issuance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rewards were credited due to a technical or operational error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If FatakCoins have already been redeemed, FatakPay may adjust future rewards or restrict further redemptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FatakPay acts only as a facilitator of the Referral Program and shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from participation, except as required under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Taxes_Compliance\"><\/span><strong>3. Taxes &amp; Compliance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from referral rewards or FatakCoins, in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Program_Modification_Suspension_Termination\"><\/span><strong>4. Program Modification, Suspension &amp; Termination<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FatakPay reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modify reward structures, eligibility criteria, or limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pause, suspend, or terminate the FatakCoins Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disqualify users or cancel rewards at its discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No separate communication is required for such changes unless mandated by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_FatakCoins_redemption_on_product_purchase\"><\/span><strong>5. FatakCoins redemption on product purchase<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where FatakCoins are awarded in connection with a product purchase or activation, whether by a user for their own qualifying action or by a referee under the referral program, the following shall apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FatakCoins shall be issued <strong>only for the primary produc<\/strong>t purchased or activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the purchase or activation journey includes any <strong>ancillary, bundled, or embedded products<\/strong>, such additional products shall <strong>not<\/strong> be eligible for separate or incremental FatakCoins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The inclusion of embedded products within a transaction shall <strong>not increase or modify<\/strong> the FatakCoins value applicable to the primary product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>^Definition of \u201cProduct\u201d<\/em>&#8211; <\/strong>For the purposes of these Terms, \u201cProduct\u201d refers to offerings available for purchase or activation within the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/link.ftkp.in\/2uSI\/si8ubmv9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FatakPay app<\/a><\/strong> that are eligible for FatakCoins rewards, which currently include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Gold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit Builder Program (FatakUdaan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership Plan&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FatakPay reserves the right to modify this list from time to time at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_General_Terms_Conditions_and_Support_Links\"><\/span><strong>6.
