How to Earn FatakCoins 

FatakCoins are earned through two main ways: your own qualifying actions on the platform and through the referral program when someone you refer completes a qualifying action. 

Eligible products through which FatakCoins can be earned currently include: 

• Loan – Taking an Instant Loan or Personal Loan through the FatakPay app 

• Insurance – Purchasing an insurance plan such as Kavach through the platform 

• Digital Gold – Investing in Digital Gold through the FatakPay app

FatakCoins are issued only for the primary product purchased or activated. If a purchase includes any bundled or embedded additional products, those are not eligible for separate or incremental FatakCoins. For example, if a loan is taken with an embedded add-on product, FatakCoins will be awarded only for the loan itself. 

How to Redeem Your FatakCoins 

FatakCoins can only be redeemed inside the FatakPay app for eligible products or transactions where coin usage is enabled. Current redemption offers include: 

• Up to ₹250 off on your Smart or Protect+ Plan membership 

• Up to ₹200 off on FatakUdaan 

Redemption may be subject to per-transaction limits, product-wise caps, or usage restrictions depending on the offer. FatakCoins are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another user’s account, refunded, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly enabled by FatakPay. 

Referral Program – Earn by Inviting Friends 

One of the easiest ways to earn FatakCoins is through the referral program. When you refer someone to FatakPay and they complete a qualifying action, such as taking a loan, buying insurance, investing in Digital Gold, or enrolling in FatakUdaan, you receive FatakCoins as a referral reward.

FatakCoins do not last forever, so it is important to use them before they expire. Here is how the expiry works: 

• Unclaimed FatakCoins may expire after 6 months, where applicable 

• All FatakCoins automatically expire 12 months from the date of credit unless otherwise specified 

• Expired coins cannot be reinstated or restored under any circumstances
