1. What is the FatakPay Referral Program?

The FatakPay Referral Program allows existing users to invite friends to join FatakPay using a unique referral link or code. When the referred friend signs up and completes the required action shown in the app, the referrer may earn rewards.

It’s a simple way to earn rewards by helping others discover FatakPay’s services.

2. How does the FatakPay referral program work?

The referral process works in three simple steps:

1. Share your unique referral link or code.
   
2. Your friend signs up using your referral.
   
3. Your friend completes the qualifying action mentioned in the app.
   

Once these steps are completed successfully, referral rewards may be credited.

3. Who can I refer to FatakPay?

You can refer any individual who:

• Is new to FatakPay
  
• Has not previously registered an account
  
• Signs up using your referral link or code
  

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or spam referrals are not eligible for rewards.

4. What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is successful only when your friend:

• Registers using your referral link or code, and
  
• Completes the required action such as KYC verification, first transaction, or loan disbursement (as specified in the app).
  

Sign-up alone does not guarantee rewards.

5. What rewards can I earn from referrals?

Referral rewards may be given as: FatakCoins and/ or Cashback, depending on the active referral rule at the time.

6. Is there a limit to referral earnings?

Yes. Referral rewards may be subject to:

• Campaign-specific restrictions
  

Limits may change as per program rules.

7. What happens if a referred transaction fails or gets reversed?

If the referred user’s qualifying action:

• Gets rejected
  
• Is cancelled
  
• Is later reversed
  

The referral reward will not be credited or may be reversed.

Rewards are confirmed only after successful completion of the qualifying action.
